Unhelpful Habits

Do you have a habit that you would like to let go off?

All habits are created through repetition. So we may have very positive habits that we would like to keep, such as going for a run every morning, reading a book at night or having a healthy smoothie for breakfast.

However, there may be some unhelpful habits that stop us from achieving our goals or that affect our health, emotional wellbeing or personal life, such as nail biting, hair pulling, skin picking or they can be habits related to what we consume, such as alcohol, sugar or recreational drugs that we like to break free from or feel in control of.

Habits are stored deep within our subconscious mind.
