Online Initial Consultation- Free
The consultation lasts around 45 mins and is held online via Zoom. It gives you the opportunity to learn more about Solution Focused Hypnotherapy and how I can help you. It includes a personalised explanation of the brain in relation to the issues that you are experiencing and how hypnotherapy can help you achieve your goals.
You will receive a free relaxation mp3, which is used between our sessions to enhance the effectiveness of our clinical sessions.
After our consultation, you can decide whether you would like to proceed with the treatment process and there is no obligation to continue.
Please note that hypnosis is not included in the Initial Consultation.
Hypnotherapy Session- £55
Online or in Therapy Room
A hypnotherapy session lasts around 50-60mins and can only be booked after the Initial Consultation.
This is a general hypnotherapy session to help you with anxiety, depression, stress reduction, phobias, weight management, confidence building, improving sleep and other areas.
You can choose how often and at which intervals you would like to have the sessions to offer you greater flexibility.
For maximum progress, weekly sessions are recommended.
I currently offer 20% off on your first hypnotherapy session.
Stop Smoking/ Vaping- £150

Are you ready to stop smoking/vaping?
When you are ready to quit smoking for good, hypnotherapy is extremely powerful.
This online Stop Smoking/ Vaping Session is an intensive one- off session which combines both Psychotherapy and Hypnotic Trance. Only 1 single session is needed, which lasts around 2 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

I understand that plans can change but please ensure that you give me as much notice as possible if your are unable to attend. To cancel or reschedule a booked appointment, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required as this would enable me to offer the time slot to another client. If sessions are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or in case of non- attendance, half of the session fee (£75) will be charged.
6 Session Bundle- £290
Purchase a bundle of 6 sessions (1 hour each) and save £40!

Please be advised that this bundle can only be booked after the Initial Consultation.
6 session bundle cost £290 instead of £330.
Please note that advanced payment for the bundle is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
If for any reason you would like to re-schedule the appointment, please give a minimum of 24 hours notice (please refer to my cancellation policy).
Mind Massage- £20 (30 mins)
Please note that this session is purely for deep relaxation and does not meet any specific therapeutic needs.
This session is held online via Zoom and is a relaxation session only.
