Insomnia/ Sleep Disorders

According to the World Health Organisation, adults need around 8 hours of sleep a night to function at their best with children needing even more sleep. We all experience the odd night of disturbed sleep. However, when we are getting less sleep than this on a regular basis, then it can have a profound impact on both our physical and mental health.

Regular lack of sleep can leave us feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, stressed, anxious, irritable and tearful.

Sleep problems, such as insomnia, can be caused by a number of factors with high levels of stress and anxiety often playing an important part.

This is where hypnotherapy for insomnia can be very effective and can help tackle any potential causes whilst helping you to physically and mentally relax and help you drop off to sleep.

Our sessions can help you improve your sleep patterns enabling your body and mind to relax and get the rest they need in order to wake up the next day feeling more refreshed, positive, focused and motivated.
